「性犯罪前歴者へＧＰＳ」条例化を断念…宮城県

性犯罪の前歴者らに全地球測位システム（ＧＰＳ）端末の携帯を義務づける条例制定を検討していた宮城県は１８日、条例化を断念したと発表した。 村井嘉浩知事が仙台市内で、「震災復興を最優先させる中、（条例制定に必要な）人手と財源を確保できない」と理由を説明した。
