鹿児島の強姦事件、無罪確定 福岡高検が上告断念

鹿児島市で２０１２年、女性に性的暴行を加えたとして強姦（ごうかん）罪に問われた男性（２３）に懲役４年を言い渡した一審判決を破棄し、無罪とした福岡高裁宮崎支部判決について、福岡高検は上告期限の２６日、上告しないことを明らかにした。男性の無罪が確定した。
