When should I start using Readings? I haven't learnt as many vocabulary as my profile says. e.e. I'm only on Chapter 7 of Lesson 1.

This may be surprising, but it's when you can read them.
If are already learning the vocabulary then you are learning the pronunciation of such words, that's how you learn the readings :P
Readings are really good for grammar practice, so it's good to test yourself on them whenever you can.
