You mean the feature that is mentioned on this page, right? I was thinking about this the other day. I don't think it exists anymore in this new version of JCJP.
Would be interesting if someone still has it from the previous version in their forum signature somewhere. I'd be surprised if it still works! :)
A friend still uses it. Tried it out and it still works if you use the url http://japaneseclass.jp/user/badge_image/xxxxx (where the x's stand for your profile number) under the img tag- Or maybe that's just the plain image version I dunno
