I go to APU. I had a 2.6 after doing two years at a community college. All americans get 50% if you write the essay for it. It's pretty much based on country of origin, not essay quality (All 20 of us got the same Scholarship) - so, for me its like $14,000 for two years. I know some kids who are doing both the 4 year program, and just exchange. Pretty ballin.
