I think i can study more now since i got a new phone but my 300 oblivion list is crazy.

I downloaded a very good kanji app that shows all the kanji on the JLPT with stroke order, on and kunyomi, and even seperates it into grades they are learnt in. I don't know if its on google play as i have iphone, but its called KanjiQ.

I highly recommend to downloaded it.

If you don't mind spending a little money, I prefer the app Japanese. I think it's $9, but you can use it for many things. It has a built-in SRS feature. You make your own list of words if you want to. When I played 逆転裁判 on my 3DS, I made a list of words I didn't know. It also has all you mentioned. If you want something free, I hear imiwa? is pretty good.
