Man, I thought earning 13,000+ EXPs a day on Readings was fun (~1,857 questions), all without cheating. Most of the Readings are repetition now. ;) Your EXP test was "off the chain!"
I remember when I first created my test account @washoku, I vowed to use it for testing purposes only (examples: finding solutions to slow-loading pages, leveling up issues, EXPs not updating on the counters, Oblivion, Weak List). Funny thing is ... when the current JCJP site went LIVE, @beeant even asked me why I created a second account in the first place. I said it was for testing purposes only, not for play. I think he even asked me at one point if users are cheating to achieve a large EXP count, because he saw how fast I reached Level 6 and topping over 10,000 a day. I said most users, like me, play fair and learn quickly by repetition. After a while, we can naturally pick up speed and earn a large EXP count without realizing it. It really is hand-eye-screen coordination. :)
Haha. Yeah I remember all that. Sometimes it even seems like it is just hand-screen coordination for me... Often I suddenly realise I've barely even been looking at the screen yet still been clicking answers. It's a scary experince when it happens! :P- I'm not even half-way through all the questions, at 304k EXP... Still have 1,661 / 3,209 questions marked as "New"!! Didn't think it would be this tough! I think I'm going to stop once I reach half-way... :/
- I can't believe I reached 3000 combo on the first day I create this account. My main account max combo is only 2206... I'll probably never again be able to repeat this no accidents streak... :|
Stopped at 350k EXP after answering 4,580 questions, and I still had 1,530 "New" questions remaining...
Also, that question I said the correct:wrong was 28:1... Well that one's now 54:1 !!! and this only the first day that I've had that new account... O_O- What the ... ? You are on the top 20 again? ;p By the way, I think the easiest (but slowest) way to cover every Lessons vocabulary and Kanji is to refresh the Practice page to skip the entries you already encountered, and answer just the new entries.

There are more things I'm testing with this than just the Oblivion page issue. Doing this is more for satisfying my curiosity than anything else. ^^ - @mog (test account) I know, but only the Practice has the Setrtings button where you can hide the kana.

I only stopped because I'd reach 100k on that question. I still have 535 "New" questions... I'm getting plagued with answering questions that I've answered wrong once, having to answer them again far over 100 times now... I get irritated by seeing them and start clicking the answers too fast, then make more mistakes... I originally thought I could answer every Practice question within 2 days, but with how the encounters are going at the moment it's going to take probably a week to finish the last 535 words... I also have a coupple of questions I've never answer wrong getting near 20:0 (correct:wrong)...

I still can't believe you manage to get so much EXP still, as I was thinking you would start getting a lot of 0 EXP questions by now.
Also, I tested trying to load your profile page again just now, but tried 10 times in a row. The only time your profile loaded was on the 4th attempt (57.48 seconds for the important loading part), all the other nine attempts resulted in the 503 error page (taking longer than 60 seconds to process the request)! Maybe there will be times when thhe server is running faster and you can get on easier, but it's going to get difficult to get onto your profile at all very soon. :/ - @mog86uk I have a lot of zero-EXP entries now, but there are still a lot of old entries with 28 correct answers or less, and I encounter new entries daily. Most of the old entries do not re-appear as often as you might think. :)

I answered 885 questions tonight, and my "New" list has only decreased from 302 to 282... At this rate it will take more than 12,000 practice questions for it to show me those last 282 words I've not encountered yet... -_-
Also seems interesting that all my remaining new items are kanji. This is even though there are 1,753 vocab questions versus 1,456 kanji questions... So many weird things which don't make sense. - Here is the chat session after you left:

I think I've lost interest a bit in finishing those last 240~ kanji on my test account. It's going to take far too long. I keep getting bugged repeatedly by words I made a mistake on once and it's getting boring. I guess I could just save a lot of time and use the "New" quiz page, but this ruins the other part of what I was testing.
I don't know what I'm doing on this site most the time. I don't really need to keep doing lots of Practice of the same old questions (and it's no fun without EXP either). I find the Notes feature too annoying for making your own notes and it's not easy finding any Notes I want to do made by other users. And I can't seem to appreciate the Readings feature as much as you do... :/
Wish Beeant wasn't so quiet about everything, making it so hard to understand what's going on with the site. I keep trying to hope that maybe he's just being quiet because he's working on some big top-secret surprise. It also would be understandable if he's got a lot of real-life problems at the moment and has no time for doing anything on this site, however he never gives the slightest hint about that being the case... Problems like the login page not showing the "username" text box which takes less than a minute to fix still hasn't been changed. I've fixed it on my Firefox browser by using that Stylish plugin and added that one line of code I mentioned.
Maybe I'll get to like the Readings feature more and have something to do on this site. It just doesn't seem like a terribly good way to practice reading, when the quiz tests you on vocabulary which doesn't match the meaning in the article. Blogs are much more helpful and interesting for practicing reading than short chunks of articles written in newspaper speak.
For now it just seems like I'm here to have very slow paced conversations with hours of delay in between each message... I think I need a coffee or something because this post turned into a depressing rant very quickly. Sorry. xD - I think I'm also just a bit down because of the injury I had stopping me playing SFA. I still find it more awkward typing than before, so I'm staying away from playing SFA until my finger has healed a bit more, since SFA involves a lot of typing.
I'm probably putting too much focus on JCJP right now. Once I'm able to do SFA alongside JCJP, then I'll probably be fine again with how JCJP is. ^^ - @mog86uk JCJP does become boring after maxing out the EXPs, so ever since that day last year, I only do 20 Practice entries and clear my Oblivion List Daily.
Regarding the Readings, there are so many new entries each day for me, so it keeps me on my toes. Also, the Readings were not programmed by @beeant to scan every article and match the grammar of every entry with the article itself. It would be like adding all of the Lessons entries into the Readings quizzes. :|
We can blame the nasty user in 2012 (who caused @beeant to reset EXPS after 28 correct answers per entry), and I am sure everyone in the All-Time Top 20 Ranks feel the same way ... except maybe @terriz who can probably still earn EXPs on the Lessons and Practice. :|
@beeant does earn EXPs, but it seems he does not do many Readings. Good thing he checks out the Practice and/or Lessons every day.
I sent a recommendation to @beeant to add some of the Readings entries into Level 7, but he has not replied yet. We'll see ... :) - I understand what you mean about the Readings feature. However, the system which automatically scans for the vocabulary in the articles isn't set up very well.
One really obvious thing about it which isn't working efficiently is that it chooses dictionary entries marked "archaic" over non-archaic readings. There's also a good chance the dictionary used may have "common word" tags too, which should obviously be prioritised. Archaic and obsolete tagged entries should probably be disabled entirely from being chosen.
I know that only one reading and meaning for each word can be used by the current way which Readings are designed...
(Example: There can only be one "米" vocabulary item in Readings, and this is always has the reading of "こめ" and meaning "rice")...
However, it shouldn't be impossible to change the design of the Readings so that different meanings and readings can be used for different articles. It would be a bit awkward now to change it for the current articles on the site, however the change could just affect new articles, the old articles could be deleted, or could make copies of the old articles with their new versions.
It shouldn't be impossible for the system to guess whether a word is a noun or a counter, which is something I mentioned in Chat recently with "2000枚" having 枚 read as the noun (びら) instead of the commonly used counter (まい).
What makes things worse is that 枚 is tagged "uk" (meaing 'usually kana', not written in kanji). You can't even typed びら as 枚 in Google Japanese Input, as it's so unusual to type it in kanji form, yet JCJP ignores this "uk" tag too...
Even verbs could be recognised with reverse conjugation functions to find the base form of the verb. Although this may make Readings easier like the Practice feature, where it's more obvious which answer to pick if only one answer is a verb or vice-versa.
There are loads of ways which Readings can be improved. It's whether Beeant sees the feature as something worthwhile improving and whether he actually has time in real life to make these changes.
This might have sounded depressing like my last comment, but I'm actually being hopeful and more cheerful (now that I've had my coffee!) Would so awesome if some of these changes ever get implemented. ^^ - After 50k EXP, I only managed to get through around 20 "New" words... I also managed to answer several answers wrong, including clicking "ほん" for 木 ! And also I've had to answer 教える over 320 times now... XD

Oh yeah, remember I was saying of the dictionary used by the Readings feature that it probably has "common word" tags? Well, have you ever wondered what all those "/(P)" things are on the end of the entries in the Encounter History?

So it looks like this is definitely something else not being used very effectively, which could be utilised properly to make the Readings feature better. ^^
Also, I encountered 所 today, and the meaning used by JCJP readings for it is しょ "counter for places" instead of the common word noun ところ... It isn't used after a number in the article either... So it's done the exact opposite of what I mentioned about 枚 in my earlier post, and it has ended up with both of them being wrong for their articles... :/ - @mog86uk If you read my chat message a while ago, I am back on a special project for a movie screenplay. Also, I recently realized that some of my Youtube videos are poor quality, so I have to re-create and re-upload them. So, I will only do one Reading quiz a day for now.

On my main account, today I've suddenly been hit by about 130 Obvlivion items. For the last few weeks I've been getting between 0-5 items appearing each new day. Looking at my EXP history graph on my main account, I think I can see why I suddenly got hit by lots of Oblivion today, and it's going to be much worse over the next few days! To be honest, I have a feeling @beeant either lost the rights to post new news articles from news websites, or he is simply creating a temporary fix to prevent other JCJP users from falling into the same trap @adkdcmorgan and I fell into regarding our profile pages not loading.
Anyway, my opinion is that the Readings stats should be moved to japaneseclass.jp/user/statistics/42058#Readings, which will allow users like you to load the profile page within 10 seconds. I will send the suggestion to @beeant. :) - Hmm, I don't know. I have a feeling it's to do with why some articles recently are getting displayed incorrectly, with/without furigana in the titles and suchlike.
There could be some slight change to the Readings, maybe accidental, which may be causing it to fail to import new readings from websites.
As for "japaneseclass.jp/user/statistics/42058#Readings", that already is where the readings are stored. The "#Readings" bit on the end just tells it what part of the "42058" page the Readings are on; the whole profile is basically a single page, except that most of the parts of the page are hidden.
I think it would be better if only the last 10-20 readings you've done are loaded and displayed. After the end of this list it could simply says "show more", similar to how the Notifications and Chat feature works (not having to load the entire history of Chat to display the Chat page!). It would still be able to state the total of how many Readings/Notes you've done, just that it shouldn't try load your entire Readings/Notes history to be displayed in one go. That's a pretty impressive number of vocabularies you've done now, 6,286. It still is pretty depressing to think that you'd need to find over 16,000-17,000 unique Readings vocabularies and answer every single one of them 29 times just to overtake Medyrius' 10 mil though. ^^;
I thought about making my new text input answering Practice mod work for the Readings feature too, but I don't know if this would be sensible? It seems more like a feature you'd want for Practice, where you want to test yourself on commonly encountered questions, rather than Readings which often you're answering words you've never seen previously. Oh yeah... Is the Readings feature back how it normally is yet, with how many new articles it gets per day? It doesn't seem quite as bad today as what you were describing, but I don't use Readings much so maybe it is still not right? - The Readings page is still not loading new articles. Today, it only loaded one page in the past 24 hours. It usually loads at least 4 pages every 24 hours. I noticed that ANN News, 47NEWS, NHK, etc. are not loading new articles anymore, which is a large portion of the Readings. Maybe @beeant lost the rights or they withdrew as JCJP sponsors.
I always do 20 Practice questions without the kana - so much more exciting than doing them with the kana, but I keep losing my combo bonus. Before reaching an all-time-high combo bonus. :(
If you compare the current and previous screenshots of my profile page, I learn quite a few new vocabularies. Some of the new kanji seem to have little or no relationship with the actual English answers. :(

- Did you see the three JCJP users with 10,000+ combo bonuses on page 3 of the all-time Rankings? Of course, they are not even close to @twoai (2nd place) with over 30k, but still ... wow!
- Yeah, although I'm fairly sure all those accounts belong to the same person, an Indonesian male born 24th June 1992, named "Jonathan Adi Guna" or something like that.
I remember when he was online and answering questions. A lot of the time I couldn't see his username on the Online Users List for some reason, especially on his "Error" account, even when he was definitely answering Practice questions.
I have no idea how he managed to answer so many questions in a row correctly. I think on some of his accounts he never made a single mistake!? I know he has at least 4 accounts, and maybe he has made many more than this, so maybe he's just used JCJP a very long time and has had a LOT of practice on other accounts previously?
Another theory I had for a while was that he is actually Beeant! haha. Mostly based that theory on the fact that his account shows him as male, Indonesian, and his "Error" account even uses the JCJP error message sad anime girl as his profile picture. The main reason I think this theory isn't correct it their birthdays listed on JCJP don't match and neither do their apparent locations.
A slightly less unlikely theory is that they may be offline friends and he is testing something, but even this probably isn't correct either.
I guess the most likely thing is that he's a regular user but has four accounts, and that he is just extremely careful with answering questions, even though many questions are set up to catch you out and with the situations where it's difficult to know which one of two seemingly correct meanings is the correct answer. I struggle to reach even 2,000 combo before some kind of accident causes me to slip and hit the wrong answer... ^^; - 3/24 New updated screenshot of my profile page at http://1drv.ms/1Cwpuru. I notice that in total for those eight days you learned 42 new vocabulary, but only received barely over 1,000 EXP. Going to take you a long time to reach rank 1 at that rate (not that I can talk with my EXP usually being 0 EXP or minus each day, and the times I try to access the site recently is often the times when the site is down so I've missed some days completely.) - I am only doing one Reading quiz a day. It is boring to do dozens of quizzes each day, since I already know most of the Reading vocabulary items.
- Also, it is not my 12 Mbps internet connection. I meant that I had to reload/refresh my profile page dozens of times each day. Except for the one time it did load correctly, I got the JCJP 503 error page.

I was going to ask you if you wanted to try out my typing mod for Practice. But I remembered you use Safari. I think there are extensions for running userscripts on Safari too, but I've not tested it for that. If you still might like to check it out (maybe in Firefox instead), then I could send you a copy of it if you give me an email address or somewhere else to send it to. - You've managed to learn nearly 100 more Readings vocabularies. I'm pretty interested in whether there really could be over 10,000 unique vocabularies in the Readings section. How many there may be in total.
I think the last time I mentioned to you about mods was for a completely different feature. Since I don't think I'd mentioned this new mod to you, I wanted to let you have the chance to try it out, just in case you liked the idea of not having the multiple choice answers and having to type out the answer from memory instead.
I guess you're more interested in the Readings feature anyhow. I considered making this mod work for Readings section too, but thought maybe that would make the level of difficulty too high? (a higher difficulty than any users are likely to be interested in.) Idk though. ^^;
I've decided to stop using the Readings feature completely, until Beeant fixes the issue with the loading of profile pages. Maybe would be better if Beeant disabled the "Readings" statistics page from being shown in the profile? I don't know what your opinion would be, about how necessary this section of the profile is? - I will keep you updated on how many new Readings vocabulary entries I find.
Oh man. A mod for the Readings section will be too difficult even for @Medyrius, @adkdcmorgan and @Annick, who also learned thousands of Readings. By the way, @Annick is tri-lingual in French, English and Japanese, and logs into JCJP occasionally.
Anyway, I am not interested in the typing mod but I appreciate the offer. Besides, I will probably end up choosing the wrong Japanese 語句 and lose hundreds of EXPs.

I personally prefer that the Readings statistics be on its own dedicated webpage to allow the current profile page to load within seconds. Also, even though my profile page takes forever to load normally after multiple reloads/refreshes, I am curious as to how many Readings vocabulary entries there really are. So I prefer that the Readings section of my profile page stays for now.
Right now, @beeant is probably the only person who knows how many Readings vocabulary entries are possible. - Well Beeant has made some very slight modifications to Practice again, which has affected some things my mod relied on. So right now my mod is not working once again anyway...

The number of Readings "vocabularies learned" stat is on the "Overview" tab of the profile, so this shouldn't be affected by removing the "Readings" tab.
However, the number of "Completed Readings" stat is currently only on the "Readings" tab. This stat could just be shown on the "Overview" tab, which would be a good idea for it to be shown there also anyway (both stats shown on the same page).
I don't know how many people go onto other user's profiles and look through which articles they've been reading. I doubt barely anyone does this.
The only thing that "Readings" tab might be necessary for is to find an article you've read in the past... The problem with this is that the article images have already been removed from this tab, to help the page load faster, but this makes it harder to notice the article you're searching for. And you can only see five articles per each page, so will have to flick through possibly hundreds of pages to find what you're looking for.
An easier way to find the article you remember doing and want to look at again would be to use JCJP's search function, which I'm sure you know already searches Readings. So I'd reckon it's fairly unnecessary to have a list of completed Readings.
