Hah I can't wait to move!!

Good thing there's spring break, so only bout 2-3 weeks of this place before we can go.

Already packing up :D

Too bad my wisdom teeth come out during spring break.....

Btw guys, where I'm moving to, there is a city an hour away with Japanese classes every Saturday. But $500 a semester.....I've been thinking on it....doesn't sound too bad.... I looked at their website too.

They teach calligraphy, kanji, speaking, history, and the teachers are native speakers.

Now all i gotta do is convince お母.....

How long is a semester at this place? It's not a bad idea, but look at your level carefully and what they offer. How old are you/what kind of schooling are you in?

They teach absolute beginner to advanced. Ages starts as young as five years old.....a semester is 3 months.

I think i am gonna try it out

If you do this, make friends with your classmates so you can talk in Japanese with other learners in your class.

that's cheaper than studying in Japan for just 3 months which is around $5,000!

Yes, but one offers you the opportunity to learn faster and use your language skills in real life settings. I would wager your skills would go 10 times as far, at the VERY least, in the same amount of time, given you didn't just spend your off time hanging out with people speaking English. Much easier to get your hands on reading material, too. Granted, most Japanese schools like that are in major cities, which unfortunately means that in most places you can revert to English and people will get what you're trying to say. If you were going to choose the more expensive route, I'd suggest looking for a Japanese language school out in the countryside. Your English won't save you there. :P
