Almost home, couple of hours to go.
It was ok visiting my great grandma. It might be the last time I see her alive. She is 98 years old.........people in my family live very long.......
It was saddening to see her. She looked worse when we last saw her a couple years ago. My grand aunt told me she was very depressed, and barely walked anywhere. Though when we came by surprise, she was happy. She moved around and laughed a lot.
It was me, (her great grandson) my grandma, (her daughter) my grand uncle, (her son) and my cousin, (her grand niece, I think...)
Her room was small, filled with many clothes, suitcases, and pictures of family members I don't even know. She looked dying on her bed when I went in there to say goodbye to her.
She held onto my hand tight, as if she didn't want to go.........
