- And Kanji's?
April 13, 2015 at 2:09am - Oh wow, you're living in Kagoshima now? I think I remember it saying you were in the US last time I looked.
Are you over there for work or family moved there? or just holiday/travelling? I bet it helps a lot with learning Japanese actually being in Japan.
Tonight I've just finished filling in an application form to get my first ever passport, and I'll be sending the form off tomorrow. Hopefully I'll be able to visit Japan too in maybe a month or two, but I'm only planning to go for holiday/travelling purposes.April 14, 2015 at 6:06am - Hi Mog86uk,
Sorry for not replying sooner.
I am from Benin. African country near Nigeria, where I lived
since I was born.
I am Monbukagakusho scholarship successful applicant.
In Gakoshima University I will study fisheries for 2years.
That is great opportunity ever to master Japanese Language. I need help to reach a better speaking skills.April 18, 2015 at 11:26am - Monbukagakusho scholarship? Nice! How did you apply for that, through the Japanese embassy?
I have considered studying in Japan, but the thought of studying at a university in a foreign language is quite scary to me.
You already seem to be good at the basics of Japanese. What you wrote earlier was good other than the lack of kanji. Your English is pretty good too, since I assume your home language is French?
Will you be studying at a Japanese language institution in Japan before starting your university course? I guess this should prepare foreign students, but it still sounds scary. You are brave to be doing this. Good luck to you. :)April 18, 2015 at 12:31pm
