Hi oadissin, this kanji should be read as maitsuki.

    yeah it's maitsuki (every month).
in case you were asking the whole thing translates to -
"every month? please teach me everyone. please"

This takes me back a couple of years to some posts made on the old version of JCJP:

Anyway, this link is probably the best answer for your question:
    http://japanese.stackexchange.com/questions/15148

This site also mentions まいつき is what is used in most cases, if you scroll down to the 毎 kanji:
    http://japanese-lesson.com/characters/kanji/kanji_drill4/kanji4_04.html

Supposedly, まいげつ is an alternative way to pronounce it, but I kept reading comments from native Japanese speakers that they only ever use まいつき.

The only situation where まいげつ seems to be used is for the name of a piece of literature dating from the Kamakura period of 13th century Japan, named 毎月抄. This name 毎月抄 is read as まいげつしょう. Other than that within that name, 毎月 seems to always be read as まいつき.
