I made mitarashi dango today.....
There's a store down the street (Food4Less) that has an aisle of Asian (oriental) foods for cheap. Paid 1.08$ for a pound of glutinous rice flour.
It was horrible. The dango came out perfect, it was the sauce that turned this guy off.
I used Kikkiman soy sauce, I think that was the cause of my misery.....it tastes, and smells different than the others......
Hmmm....I'll have to try again. Good think it was cheap.....
I might grab some soba noodles when I go back.......

I ever made it too, and it was failure, same problems I think, the sauce.... lol

Don't take it too bad, no one I know here actually makes them, they just pick them up in the shop. :P
