  yes of course! actually the vocabularies for level 8 is ready. But we might want to wait until there are enough level 7 users. like at least 1000 level 7 users?

  Do you just mean users who have earned at least 170,000 EXP? There are 470 users with that much EXP, and for around 18 of these is say they are only level 5.
  
  Or do you mean 1000 people who have earned 270,000 EXP and ready to level up to level 8? Or 1000 people who have finished ALL the "New" vocabulary and kanji for levels 1-7?
  
  It's going to take quite a while whichever one it is, unless some of us start making multiple accounts... Hmm... :P
