How do I pronounce certain Japanese sounds?
I mean the sounds: "RA, RI, RU. RE. and RO".
Then the differences between "TSU, and SU" only in sound though.

Nope, i think 'tsu' is used for words with 'chu' sound.

As for tsu and su, I guess think of tsunami and sushi since they are also in English.
