1) Can you explain your thinking behind why you decided to write "ました" after the noun 日本語 ? What was the ました supposed to mean?
2) For the last part of your sentence, it looks like you wrote 時間 (meaning 'time') and です (the copula, "desu"). However, what is this はど inbetween bit supposed to be? If you were just trying to spell the English word "hard" in Japanese script, ハード (haado) is the normal way to spell it out in kana. Or were you writing something different to this?
It translated that way I meant haado （ハアド）。
perhaps what he meant is 日本語 and （はなし）ました？
well 語&話 almost the same.
hard = むずかしい.
are you using Google translate?
i advise you to avoid that and learn japanese grammar 1st.
there's an apps called obenkyo that you can use.
and if you don't know what is the japanese word(s) and want to use english as the replacement. remember to use katakana.- I don't think Ghosts was using Google Translate (unless he is using it to translate from a different language rather than English)?
Copy-pasting that exact phrase into Google Translate, "I am having a hard time learning Japanese.", has a much different result than what he wrote. It's equally as bad though:
"私は苦労日本語を学んを持っています。"
Why Google!? Why can't it at least make sure the output sentence follows the rules of Japanese grammar!? 苦労 was a good word to use, except that it used it in such a dumbass, grammatically incorrect way. And then there's rest of that sentence... ><
This is probably the way I'd attempt to write your sentence in Japanese:
僕は日本語を学ぶのに苦労しています。
(ぼくはにほんごをまなぶのにくろうしています。)
However I struggle with writing my own sentences still as I rarely practice it, and it's been a long time since I properly studied grammar. There may be a much better way to say it. ^^; - I didn't know the Japanese word for having
ちょうだい
頂戴 I belive this one that you would like but if need look up a word....try useing japanesw dictary like jisho is a good one- @Ghosts, There was a post recently asking exactly about just that, the Japanese word for "have":

@Animeiscool, ちょうだい is a humble language term for "receiving" rather than having. It is also used in feminine language for asking for someone to do something for you, basically meaning the same thing as ください except not honorific and is more casual.
Interesting enough, yesterday I noticed a usage of ちょうだい that really stood out, in an episode of the anime Maison Ikkoku which I was listening to while at work. Kyoko was getting annoyed with her mum on the phone, and then after angrily telling something to her mum Kyoko added "よく覚えてちょうだい！" (=please[ちょうだい] remember[おぼえて] it well[よく]). Most often, rather than ちょうだい in that sentence, you would instead expect to hear ください (or なさい).
I'm drifting way off topic, as that doesn't have anything to do with talking about the word for "have", but just that you reminded me of hearing it. ^^
