It would be nice if the "Chat" feature we already have on JCJP could reach the point where it works good enough for this purpose.
If the Chat feature was changed so that we could see who else is in the Chat room, and if we could see/use Chat while we are doing other stuff on other pages of the site, then just these two changes alone could possibly allow Chat to become active enough that we might not need to use external chat sites/apps. ^^
