October 22, 2016 at 1:08pm - I wanna be able to read light novels and visual novels fluently. I skipped practicing speaking and writing by hand since I don't need it. I'm already a good part of the way there, I just need to continue reading and expand my vocabulary. Though I can read, writing in Japanese is kinda difficult for me since I'm not used to thinking in Japanese yet.October 22, 2016 at 5:52pm
- Because, I'm studying here in Japan.
And because, I wanted to be a teacher or to be able to work here in the near future.
And also because, Learning Japanese to me is really interesting, the kanji is pretty cool to write, well for me.October 22, 2016 at 9:01pm - Badikara. I'd say go for 言語 since 言葉 means wordsOctober 23, 2016 at 5:39pm

- Is kind of a long story, but one of the principal reasons I decided to study japanese is because most Dominicans only care about learning english and moving to USA (well, most of them doesnt even study whatsoever) . In my school I only hear people saying thing like: "I want to go to a college in the USA" or "I cant wait to go to the USA and get out of this country" Actually, us dominicans have a very bad reputation in some countries like USA and Spain because we are considered a plague and Ive heard some people refering to dominicans as prostitutes and drug dealers who spend all day smoking hookah and drinking rum. Ive watched some tv programs where they ask random people to say where is x country and one of them sayed that Spain was in Asia and that they speak english there, one of them also sayed that China was the biggest country in America, like really? They dont care about learning about other countries. My father has been telling me since I was a kid that the USA is the best place for me because I have family there and blah blah blah. So basically I want to break that stereotype and demostrate that Dominicans can also go as far as anyone else. I wanted to go to a place where Dominicans usually wouldnt go to, but at that time I didnt knew where to go. So there was a time when I was in a deep depression because I was starting to think that I would have the same fate as everyone else, my life didnt have any stimulus, everyday was boring, the world inside my head was very small and I didnt have anything to fell proud about myself. But one day I discovered an article about Japan and since I didnt had anything better to do I decided to read it. I started searching for more information about Japan, its culture and language and you could say that I fell totally in love with it, So yeah, thats why Im here I want to go to a japanese college and do something remarkable when I graduated and maybe be the first non-musician, and non-deportist dominican to be recognized in Japan, and in the world if its possible.
I know its sound kind of ambitious but thats my dream and Im going to do my best to make it happen.November 2, 2016 at 12:10pm - That is a pretty good story. Best of luck to you!November 2, 2016 at 7:23pm
- It may be a good story, but I sure as hell won't be reading it because my eyes hurt just looking at it. I really can't understand why some people hate paragraphs so much...November 2, 2016 at 7:58pm
