yes, on some certain MySQL table like this comment replies table. I just converted the encoding from utf8 to utf8mb.
After doing that, I'm kind of worry of data loss or mojibake on some old data... I will continue converting the other tables after I got no report of data loss or data corrupt (mojibake) on old data.
