I think we have that feature right now. It is called Weak List.
However, the system is different with what you are talking about.
I was thinking about using your system before, but I think it is better to show the question right after you answered wrong for 2 times or more.
With this, the system is more interactive, rather than batch.
Which one do you think is better?

I did testing on the online version before. I didnt have local development environment before during the OLD JCJP development.
So, thats a result of testing, haha - to be honest i wasnt thinking about a whole new system ^-^....just changing the name...i didnt really mean it.
- I like it. It sounds more like a manga school. Besides, the levels can be converted into years, and the level progress bar can be converted into the class letter, as you suggested (like 3-C).

6 levels: middle school and high school 中学校 1-3, 高等学校 1-3
classes from : special(slow ones *laughs*) a;b , standards c;d and advanced classes e;f
but class system would be to complex for beginners, though funny - I thought (I read it in a manga, probably) that the letters go backwards, being F the class for students with the lowest scores, and A the class for bookworms.
But I might be wrong (I'm special, you know).XD - dunno...i think it varies ...dont care really ^-^ and its 10 years since i am out of school
