内定率 高校、大学生とも改善…千葉

千葉労働局は、今春卒業の大学生や高校生らの就職内定率が前年と比べて改善したと発表した。 同局は「リーマン・ショック以降採用を控えていた企業からも求人が出た。また、学生側も中小企業や介護分野など幅広い就職活動を行ったことが改善の要因」と分析している。
