クローズアップ２０１４:診療報酬改定答申 病院「身の丈」に再編 重症病床２５％削減

２０１４年度診療報酬改定の全容が１２日、決まった。大病院や診療所の役割分担を明確にし、入院患者を在宅医療へと導くことを主眼としている。ただ、診療報酬の配分で医療機関をコントロールし、目指す政策の実現につなげるという厚生労働省の手法にはほころびも出ている。
