東大、医療向け有機トランジスタを開発

東京大学の染谷隆夫教授と関谷毅准教授らの研究チームは、高温で滅菌処理できる有機トランジスタを開発した。１５０度Ｃの耐熱性があり、２ボルトの低電圧で動くため安全。体内に長期間埋め込み、がんや炎症を検出できる医療用デバイスなどへの活用が見込める。
