アロハシャツにサンダル履きもＯＫ―。ネクタイを外して働く「クールビズ」以上の軽装を呼び掛け、職場の冷房温度を高めにして節電する「スーパークールビズ」が１日、環境省で始まった。東京電力福島第１原発事故で電力不足となった昨年に続き２度目。
