How long was it down for?
A few weeks back, Beeant changed the way the site recovers and comes back online to an automatic system. Also the Readings bug which caused the site to crash was completely fixed. Usually now it's hard to even notice the site go down because it automatically brings itself back online very quickly.
I wouldn't expect the site to stay offline more than a few minutes -- not like before when it used to regularly stay down for several hours. This site has been running so much better since Beeant made those improvements. ^^

Happens all the time, just study somewhere else in the meantime and check in every few hours. Never lasted over a day before.
How long was it down for?
About an hour I believe. I checked multiple times and used a website checker to make sure it wasn't just me.
