  Seems like the only real issue is the use of the の particle after 今日 (きょう), which as far as I understand it is completely grammatically incorrect.
  
  Maybe using は (or possibly no particle at all) would have been better?
  みんな、今日は大丈夫ですか？

  Should clarify that I don't mean you can never use the の particle after 今日, as that actually is used a lot, just meant not for your sentence.
  
  E.g.: 今日の天気 (きょうのてんき) "today's weather"
