ヤマダ、シェア拡大を加速 ベスト電器買収を正式発表

家電量販最大手のヤマダ電機は13日、ベスト電器を買収すると正式発表した。ベストが12月末までに実施する第三者割当増資を121億円で引き受け、出資比率を51％に高める。ヤマダは家電量販市場が縮小に向かう中、「全国チェーンは３～４社になる」（山田昇会長）と指摘。
