秘密保護法公布、１年以内に施行準備室が発足

政府は１３日午前、国の機密漏えいに厳罰を科す特定秘密保護法を公布した。併せて同日付で、秘密の指定・解除に関する統一基準の策定や、指定の妥当性を監視する第三者機関設置のための準備室を内閣官房に発足させた。秘密法は公布から１年以内に施行される。
