薄氷の回復シナリオ、デフレ脱却遅れの恐れも 追加金融緩和見送り

日銀が１２日の金融政策決定会合で追加金融緩和を見送ったのは、エコカー補助金や東日本大震災の復興需要などで内需が強く、景気の回復シナリオは変わらないないと判断したためだ。だが欧州、中国などの海外経済は減速し、「外需は弱め」（白川方明総裁）。
