竹島決議の要旨

島根県の竹島は、わが国固有の領土である。これは歴史的にも国際法上も疑いはない。しかしながら、韓国は、竹島を不法占拠し、施設構築等を強行してきた。韓国が不法占拠に基づいて竹島に対して行ういかなる措置も法的な正当性を有するものではなく、決して容認できない。
