森林売買を届け出制に 埼玉県が条例 全国２例目

森林など水源地の土地所有者に対し、土地取引を事前に県に届け出ることを義務付けた「県水源地域保全条例」が、二十六日の埼玉県議会本会議で可決、成立した。外国資本などによる水源地買収の懸念が高まる中、水源地の安易な売却を抑制してもらうのが狙い。
