証拠改ざん：全検察に反省促す 大阪地裁判決

「刑事司法に悪影響を与え、信頼を揺るがせた」。大阪地検特捜部の証拠改ざん・隠蔽（いんぺい）事件で、大阪地裁は３０日、元特捜幹部２人に厳しい判決を下した。判決は「事件は検察組織が生み出したものともいえる」と言及し、検察全体に反省を促した。
