東電事故調の報告書 責任逃れは許されない

福島第１原発の事故について東京電力の事故調査委員会がまとめた最終報告書が、ひんしゅくを買っている。 自己弁護に終始した内容と言わざるを得ないからだ。事業者としての責任感や真摯（しんし）な反省が伝わってこない。 巨大津波への認識がその象徴である。
