カーボンオフセット:高山市と東京・千代田区協定 間伐で連携し相殺 ／岐阜

高山市と東京都千代田区は２６日、同市一之宮町の市有林間伐を１０年間連携して行い、間伐に伴って生じる二酸化炭素（ＣＯ２）の吸収量を同区内のＣＯ２排出量と相殺するカーボンオフセットの協定を締結した。自治体同士がこのような協定を結ぶのは県内初という。
