Level 4 mixed information?

While taking lesson tests on level 4 I noticed at least 10% or more of Kanji and Vocabulary is not right and I verified the accuracy with hiragana/katakana readings with Rikaichan (Google Chrome Plugin) and the information from this site did not match that information.

I think the translations need some fine-tuning because I have had previous Kanji and Vocabulary lessons from professional software and sites and they seem inaccurate to me.

Any ideas, am I the only one getting this or what?
