仙台高裁は「違憲状態」 参院選、１票の格差訴訟

最大４・７７倍の「１票の格差」を是正せずに実施した７月の参院選は憲法違反として、弁護士グループが青森、岩手、宮城、山形、福島の東北５県の選挙無効を求めた訴訟で、仙台高裁（木下秀樹裁判長）は２０日、「違憲状態」と判断し、無効請求を棄却する判決を言い渡した。
