守受刑者が再審請求＝筋弛緩剤事件、警察鑑定を否定－仙台地裁

仙台市泉区の北陵クリニック（閉院）で２０００年、患者の点滴に筋弛緩（しかん）剤を混入し１人を殺害、４人を意識不明などにさせたとして、殺人と殺人未遂罪で無期懲役が確定した元准看護師、守大助受刑者（４０）が１０日、仙台地裁に再審請求した。
