出資法違反:元議長の長男に有罪判決 名古屋地裁

名古屋市小規模事業金融公社からの融資をあっせんし、違法な仲介手数料を受け取ったとして、出資法違反の罪に問われた経営コンサルタント諸隈公貴被告（４０）に、名古屋地裁（田中良武裁判官）は９日、懲役１年、執行猶予３年（求刑懲役１年）の判決を言い渡した。
