経産省委、家庭向け電力自由化へ 発送電分離の推進明記

電力改革に関する経済産業省の専門委員会は１３日、電力小売りを全面自由化する基本方針を決め、大手１０社が独占している家庭向け市場への新規参入を容認した。必要経費を電気料金に上乗せできる「総括原価方式」や料金の認可制も競争の進展に応じて撤廃。
