ＬＩＢＯＲシステム問題 英米、08年から認識

【ロンドン＝上杉素直】英中央銀行イングランド銀行は13日声明を発表し、国際的な基準金利であるロンドン銀行間取引金利（ＬＩＢＯＲ）の決定の仕組みに問題があることを2008年から把握し、米ニューヨーク連銀と認識を共有していたことを明らかにした。
