発送電分離、新規参入促す 広域融通も容易に

経済産業省の電力システム改革専門委員会は13日、電力会社の発電事業と送配電事業をわける「発送電分離」の方向性を打ち出した。電力会社以外の事業者に使いやすい送配電網を日本全域で整え、事業者間の競争を後押しする。地域間での電気の融通もしやすくなる。
