国民の知る権利、報道の自由明記政府が秘密保護法最終案

政府は１７日、機密を漏らした公務員らへの罰則強化を盛り込んだ特定秘密保護法案の最終案を自民党に提示した。公明党との修正協議を踏まえた内容で、国民の「知る権利」や「報道・取材の自由」への配慮を明記。取材活動は原則として罰則の対象外とすることも規定した。
