沖縄海兵隊を先行移転＝普天間、辺野古移設は堅持―米軍再編見直し・日米共同発表

政府は８日夜、在日米軍再編計画の見直しに関する日米共同の基本方針を発表した。在沖縄米海兵隊のグアム移転と米軍嘉手納基地（沖縄県嘉手納町など）以南の米軍５施設・区域の返還について、米軍普天間飛行場（同県宜野湾市）移設から切り離す方針を明記。
