追加増税「５年後めど」、民主執行部が検討

民主党執行部は19日、消費増税関連法案の修正案を固めた。2015年10月に消費税率を10％に引き上げた後の追加増税について付則に「16年度をめどに法制上の措置を講ずる」と明記した政府案から「16年度」を削除。「公布から５年後をめど」に変更する案を軸に検討する。
