厚生労働省の津田弥太郎政務官は2012年6月14日、参議院の総務委員会で今後の生活保護制度の改革について語った。自民党の片山さつき参院議員に対する答弁。不正受給と扶養義務の問題は切り離して考える必要があるとし、不正受給については「厳正な対処が必要。
