発送電分離の方針決定、家庭向け自由化も 経産省専門委

経済産業省の電力システム改革専門委員会は１３日、「電力システム改革の基本方針」を決めた。電力会社が地域独占で電力を売っているのをやめ、新会社の参入を促す。そのために電力販売をすべて自由化し、電力会社の発電と送配電を分ける発送電分離も進める。
