軽減、年収２６６万円までに拡大 国保の保険料

厚生労働省は２４日、国民健康保険の低所得者向け保険料軽減の対象を、３人世帯で現行の年収２２３万円までから年収２６６万円までに拡大する方針を、全国知事会など地方団体に示した。消費税の増税を含む税制の抜本改革が実現すれば、財源を確保して実施する。
