オリンパス菊川前社長ら追起訴 損失隠し事件の捜査終結

オリンパスの粉飾決算事件で、東京地検特捜部は２８日、同社の前社長・菊川剛容疑者（７１）ら旧経営陣３人と法人としての同社を、２００９～１１年の３月期決算で純資産をそれぞれ水増しした有価証券報告書を提出したとする金融商品取引法違反の罪で追起訴した。
