乗客１０６人が死亡した福知山線脱線事故で、業務上過失致死傷罪で強制起訴されたＪＲ西日本元会長、井手正敬被告（７７）ら歴代３社長の初公判が６日、神戸地裁（宮崎英一裁判長）である。３人は「事故現場の危険性を認識していなかった」として無罪を主張する方針。
