電力改革:発送電分離自民党内の反対で「努力目標」に

政府・自民党は１８日、大手電力会社の送配電部門を発電部門から別会社化する「発送電分離」を盛り込んだ電力改革の政府方針案を修正する方向で調整に入った。当初案は発送電分離を１８〜２０年をめどに実施し、関連法案を１５年通常国会に提出する方針を明記していた。
