課長級以上は「片道切符」＝経産、文科の影響排除－原子力規制庁

細野豪志原発事故担当相（環境相）は２４日の閣議後記者会見で、４月発足予定の原子力規制庁の幹部人事について、経済産業、文部科学両省から来た課長級以上の幹部職員は原則として出身省庁に戻さない方針（ノーリターン・ルール）を明らかにした。
